Aruba Soul Fest Refund Policy

All ticket, travel, and merchandise sales made through the Aruba Soul Fest website or official partners are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Final Sale
All purchases, including tickets, packages, accommodations, and merchandise, are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Changes in personal schedule or travel plans
- Inclement weather or natural events
- Illness, injury, or inability to attend
- Artist, venue, or schedule changes
2. Event Postponement or Cancellation
If Aruba Soul Fest is postponed, your ticket and package purchase will be honored for the rescheduled event dates.
If the event is canceled in full, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Aruba Soul Fest and its management partners, minus any processing or administrative fees.
3. Third-Party Bookings
For attendees who book flights, hotels, or transportation through third-party providers, Aruba Soul Fest is not responsible for refunds or reimbursements from external vendors.
4. Ticket Transfers
Tickets and packages are transferable to another guest. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to arubasoulfest@yahoo.com with full details of the new attendee at least 30 days prior to the event.
5. Payment Disputes
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed after purchase may result in permanent loss of event access and future participation in Aruba Soul Fest.
